UIC Programs
UIC College Prep’s programming is designed to align with the Noble pillars of: Scholarship, Discipline & Honor.
 
  • To help strengthen the scholarship of our students the campus will offer
·        2,000 minutes of instructional time each week
·        A rigorous core of English, literature, math, science and social studies for all students
·        Academic clubs, depending on student and staff interest
·        Summer college programs around the country
·        Enrichment courses (in academic subjects outside of core academics) after school and on weekends
 
  • To help build the discipline of students the campus will offer
·        A range of sports teams including team sports, such as basketball and individual sports, such as track
·        Clubs and co-curriculars, depending on student and staff interests
·        Student-led Town Halls
·        Community service opportunities
·        Rigorous physical education program
·        Fitness requirements to pass to the next grade
 
  • To help further the extent to which our students honor the community the campus will offer
·        Community service opportunities
·        Community service requirements to pass to the next grade
·        Town Halls in which the community is welcome
·        Clubs and co-curriculars that focus on bettering the community
·        Parent involvement during and after school
·        Awareness of the local and greater community built into academic classes
